Rules and Regulations

  1. 1. While the trainees are in the college or in any college programme the Principal or the Governing Body is authorized to act his/her local parents.
  2. 2. No trainee is allowed to leave the college campus without the permission of the Principal/Authority. Anybody who violates these rules is liable for disciplinary action.
  3. 3. The Principal is fully empowered to remove a trainee immorality grave in subordinate bragging, stealing, breaking of bound, use of alcohol/intoxicated material are always a sufficient reason for immediate expulsion from the college.
  4. 4. The College will not take responsibility for accident or any lost of property within the campus.
  5. 5. In case of any disputes of whatever nature the decision of Principal/Governing Body will be final binding.
  6. 6. Any contact/communication made by the parents/trainees should be addressed to the principal through clerk.
  7. 7. No function or collection of funds for any purpose is allowed without the permission of the college authorities.
  8. 8. Indiscipline, insubordination, disrespect to any teacher, staff member or member of the Governing Body by the trainees shall not be tolerated.
  9. 9. Trainee who are adopting unfair means or cought copying in any of the examination of the college shall not be allowed to continue his/her studies in the college.
  10. N.B. Trainees must bring college Identity Card while coming to college.

ATTENDANCE

    Students are required to attend classes regularly and in time:

  1. a) The minimum attendance is required 80% of the lectures delivered includig practical.
  2. b) Attendance of 60% above and less then 80% of the lectures delivered is liable to pay non-collegiate fee for appearing at the B.Ed. Final Examination.
  3. c) Attendance of lectures delivered below 60% is not permissible for appearing at the B.Ed. Final Examiantion (Dis-Collegiate).
  4. N.B. The dis-collegiate students are not permitted to appear at the B.Ed. Final Examination as per rules and regulations of the Manipur University Examination.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Attendance will be marked in the attendance register every period.
  2. Proxy is totally prohibited.
  3. Silence is golden in the class.
  4. Punctuality in attendance is most important.
  5. Smoking, drinking, chewing pan are prohibited.
  6. No function or collection of fund for any purpose is allowed without ther permission of the higher authority (GB).
