How to Apply

ENCLOSURES (TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM)

Dully filled in application form with the following documents should reach to the office on or before the date given/fixed by the college authority.

• Attested copy of provisional certificates and mark sheets from the HSLC Examination onwards/qualifying examination.
• Three copies of recent passport size photograph.
• For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the caste/tribe certificate issued by the competent authority.
• For physically handicapped candidates, a certificate from a Doctor of the Civil Hospital showing the nature of handicap and also to the effect that such disability will not hamper in pursuing the course of study.

N.B. Incomplete application form submitted after the last date shall not be accepted/entertained.
